Is a deposit required upon booking an event?
There is a 50% deposit on all orders. Deposits are non-refundable.
Is there a delivery fee?
The delivery fee is $1.50/mile from Somerville NJ to the event location, plus tolls and parking.
What if I need to postpone the event?
If you need to postpone an event, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required so the customer will not lose the 50% deposit. No refund is given, but a credit will be issued towards a future party. The party must be rescheduled within a year (up to 1 year from the original party date). Only one postponement is allowed.
What are the dimensions for a pinball game?
Most pinball machines are 5-feet long, 34-inches wide and 6’6” high.
What are your electricity requirements?
Electricity is required for all of our items. If you do not have electricity at your event location, generators are available for rent if you order items that require electricity.
What if my event is outside and there is inclement weather?
If you are holding an outdoor event we would recommend that you plan accordingly for your guests and festivities, including for the possibility of rain or bad weather. Small tents are available for rent to secure our games during the rental period to protect them from the elements.
What if a game I am renting is damaged?
Our vintage pinball machines and arcade games are our business. Customers are responsible for the cost of repairing damaged games.
